How to remove padding from svg icons when exporting?

When inserted into a web page, these indents are present. How to remove them? Or svg always goes in such a "square"?

Looking in what to open a file. If in illustrator - there is a frame tool and you can remove it there.
In Figma it's even easier, we import into Figma and take the group out of the frame and export it back. 10 sec. time.
