How to remove OEM programs when reinstalling Windows?

When resetting a laptop to factory settings, it constantly installs various programs and utilities that are most likely directly in the OS image. And as a rule, their removal is painful, because among other things there is an antivirus (the same one that bears the name of the creator, but has not had anything to do with him for a long time).
Is it possible to save the reinstallation process from this problem? All the same, I want to keep the license that comes with the laptop and not resort to a complete clean installation of Windows.

Just install the same edition of Winodws that you had pre-installed and save the license and get rid of the garbage.
