How to remove noise when recording desktop?

Hello!
I record video from the screen, everything turns out fine, only the noise is big, as I understand it, these are fans. I record sound on the built-in microphone of the laptop.
The question is how to make it so that there would be no noise or reduce it?
Can I set something up or process the video through some kind of software or buy a good microphone?

Try iZotope RX, the best noise removal software. If you understand this program a little, you can pull out something that I personally could not pull out with other programs. Now, basically, I use it to bring digitization from vinyl to a listenable state. More detailed information on work can be found on the Internet, I attach a very basic one.
