How to remove missing products from Woocommerce filter?

Hi everybody!
I really need your advice.

The site has a variety of products.
In the Woocommerce settings, I checked the box: Ended visibility Hide missing products from the catalog

Great, products that have no sizes have been removed from the catalog.!

But, for example, the children's t-shirt "T-shirt with a blue truck", sizes 86, 92, 98, and 104.


Size 104 Out of stock, but in the filters "T-shirt with a blue truck" is.


How to remove such products from the filter? Filters are standard from Woocommerce.
Perhaps you know third-party filters in which this issue is resolved or do you need to do everything in a completely different way?
