How to remove microdata error in Yandex validator?

There is a link site , Google validator does not find errors, Yandex validator says "
microdata ERROR: it is impossible to determine the ownership of these fields. There are two reasons: these fields are incorrectly placed, or an extra itemprop attribute is specified"

please tell me how you can decide which way to dig. Thank you

dig into the understanding of
itemprop on the title NOT AITEMA - funny
itemprop on the logo is doubly funny
and Google won’t say anything - it’ll just put it in the results if it does
