How to remove language from Input language but keep language in that language in Windows?
Let's say I have a Windows interface in Arabic. And therefore, Arabic is automatically added to my languages \u200b\u200bfor entering text. How can I remove it from the input languages, or at least make it temporarily unavailable, but at the same time keep the interface of Windows itself in Arabic?

UPD For older systems. tested on Win10_x64_LTSB_1607
__ 1 You climb into the control panel > languages tab .> additional options . You find the tabs to select the interface language. You put Arabic
Below you select the default input method, you put your own. 1st screen
__ 2 Next>control panel>languages tab>change language settings. We put on the very top the layout language that we need. Those below can be safely removed. There will be one radlayk, and the language will not change. 2nd Screen
__ 3 You can also delete the layout in the parameters, as long as the language we need is at the top, as in step 2 3rd screen
