How to remove IMG001.exe virus?

I got the IMG001.exe virus, but I can’t get it out. Of course, I checked it completely with an antivirus, cleaned the registry, found it in the folders, but it still copies itself. Any ideas where to dig further?

So you haven't really checked anything.
Antivirus - ugh and completely unnecessary crap, eating resources and not protecting from anything!
All this canoe is cleaned by hand - Sysinternals Suite (Autoruns and ProcessExplorer are enough), Unlocker, Hijackthis, a normal file manager, or stupidly boot from a "live" distribution, connect the registry with Windows turned off and cure.
