How to remove GitHub password theft notification?
After deleting the repository, the following sign popped up:
I also logged in from the plugin for Visual Studio.
Is it possible to remove it without changing the password, since I am sure that it is not stolen.

Your password is probably in one of the public databases available to almost everyone. This usually happens when someone leaks databases from vulnerable sites, this database goes from hand to hand and then merges into the public. Since passwords are often encrypted, they are selected using dictionaries and various combinations. Most likely, your password was picked up , or it was exposed in the database without encryption, in plain text. You can
check the strength and reputation of your password here . There you can also check if your email is in their collection of merged data or not.
And yes, I advise you to change the password and cut two factors, if desired.
You are like small children =)
If the plate itself does not contain the information you need (how to remove it without changing the password), then go to the blog to which there is a link and look there.
They don't say the password was stolen.
As for your confidence: you read the blog. Github found your current password in the public databases of leaked passwords (more precisely, they made their own from the available ones, but that's not the point).
So it's better to change your password ;)
I appeared, I changed and turned on two-factor authorization.
