The picture shows defects on the tabs and a black bar at the bottom. Also in Photoshop in the drawing window when scaling, everything is filled with black. Or sometimes it flickers.

There was a similar situation with Lenovo z570. The culprit was the video driver. Try rolling back to an older version.
