How to remove extras in KeePass field?

How can I remove an unused field? Do not HIDE, namely delete altogether!

In some of the records, there is data in this field.
Search > All and scroll until you see it. Further in that record you delete a field and all.
PS and not all. Just checked, if the field is removed from the record, then it will not disappear from the interface. Try, after you delete the field inside the record, hide it from the interface, restart the kipas and check if it is in the interface settings again.
And if after the "mob" is empty, then only check each one with pens.
