How to remove extra KMS servers from DNS?

Colleagues, welcome!
The DNS has a bunch of links to the "left" KMS servers:

_vlmcs._tcp.nasta.local	SRV service location:
    priority       = 0
    weight         = 0
    port           = 1688
    svr hostname   = crua00000466.domen.local

I roughly understand the reason for the appearance (activation with the wrong keys and manually). The question is: how to remove them from DNS correctly. Simple removal does not roll. They reappear.
I think correctly that on the main KMS server, I must activate these left "not up to KMS" corporate keys - the right ones, and they will either leave DNS themselves or manually delete them. Will it help?

Find out who makes them.
In general, these entries are usually created by servers with the KMS role
. Here is the registry key that prevents them from being published.
