How to remove deleted catalog items from search?

The "search by headings" module, in addition to existing elements, also returns those that have long been removed from the site. I re-indexed the infoblocks manually, but it didn't help. Other than that, the search is working correctly. In this case, the link from the remote elements leads to the main page. Please tell me how can I fix this
