How to remove crocozyabras in bitrex?
I have a website on Bitrex in 1251 encoding. I decided to recode it according to the article dev.1c-bitrix.ru/community/blogs/howto/1466.php
I changed all the settings, but faced with the fact that a lot of files need to be recoded to utf-8 and decided to give up on this matter by changing all the settings in cp-1251. Now, after these changes, I have another problem: when authorizing in the admin panel, all Russian words appear as crocozyabras (such as a complex component), which disappear after a page refresh. The same thing happens with pop-up windows (modules and menus), which are loaded without reloading the page.
Before that, there was no such problem. I checked all the settings several times and they correspond to the original ones.
How to eliminate it?
Because page content cannot be edited.

Putting your krakozyabry into the decoder, you can find out that the character encoding does not match the page encoding.
Composite component -> Composite component
CP1252 → CP1251
You can try to change to 1252 or re-encode again.
Unfortunately, these are just guesses, I hope it will lead to the right thoughts.
