Situation: the key to Bitrix has expired. At the same time, to download the desired template, you need access to the Marketplace, and for this, you need to renew the key. Friends have a valid license, i.e. we can download the template through them.
Question: is it possible to download the template on one server through the Marketplace, where the key has not yet expired, and then manually transfer it to another, bypassing the Marketplace (where the key has expired)? And if so, where exactly does Bitrix store template files? Thank you.

A solution is downloaded from the marketplace, i.e. a completely ready-made site, which includes a site template, and all this needs to be bought, in your case, for a license from friends.
The template can be pulled out and transferred, and implemented on another site, but this requires the necessary skills. Simply moving the template folder from one location to another will not solve your goals. You need to learn, first take online Bitrix courses.
