How to remove "Completing setting up your device"?

Hello everyone,
Every 13th-14th day of the month after the start of the dozens, the "Completing setting up your device" window appears.
How to get rid of it?
Not an option to install a 365 subscription ...
What happens if you click "continue"?

Apparently, it gets out again because you choose "Remind me later". So it reminds ... As the saying goes: "The computer does what it is ordered to do, not what they want it to do." Go ahead, hit "Continue"! Wants to complete the setup - let him complete it.

I've been struggling with this problem for a long time too. I thought after each cumulative update climbs out, but no. But on some devices it happens quite often, once every 2-3 months.
Found a solution:
1. Select START > Settings > System > Notifications and actions.
2. In the Notifications section, clear the check box next to Suggest ways to complete device setup to get the most out of Windows.
Or in the registry:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\UserProfileEngagement]
"ScoobeSystemSettingEnabled"=dword:00000000
