How to remove comment moderation in Wordpress?

Added comments on behalf of users in Wordpress. But it always says that the comment is pending review. I approved the comments, but I still always get a comment review notification. In the discussion, I removed the checkmarks from "Comment must be manually approved" and "Author must have previously approved comments." But it didn't help. I'm using the underscores theme. How do I allow users to leave comments without validation?
