How to remove certain included JS,CSS from HTML?

gulp.js

For the convenience of development, I connect CSS and JS to HTML, but after building the project, CSS and JS are not needed.
How can I configure that connection strings are removed from a certain file at build time?
I use gulp-inline-source to build, but I didn’t find an option to remove it ...
I saw a lot of all sorts of modules gulp-replace gulp-remove-code which is more suitable for my purposes?
