Copy file from woocommerce plugin /woocommerce/templates/content-product-cat.php
to
your theme folder
/your_theme/woocommerce/content-product-cat.php
Inside there is a line

do_action( 'woocommerce_shop_loop_subcategory_title', $category );

Responsible for displaying data from the woocommerce_shop_loop_subcategory_title hook - in fact, with the category title.
If you comment out this line with two // - PHP will ignore it.
Similarly, you can disable other hooks in this file.
