How to remove border and background color for option in new version of Chrome?

In the new version of Chrome (Version 83.0.4103.97) for the option there is a black stroke of the item and a blue color on hover, how can I remove / redo it using css?

Go to chrome://flags/.
Find #form-controls-refresh
there. Set it to Disabled.
Restart chrome and it should help.
