1. An external monitor is connected to the laptop.
2. The resolution of the laptop monitor and external monitor is Full HD.
3. If the scaling is set to 125% on both monitors, then the image is clear everywhere.
4. If you leave the scaling on the laptop monitor at 125%, and on the external monitor at 100%, then the image on the external monitor becomes blurry.
The meaning of the outer 23 inches is lost if you leave 125% there.
