How to remove black border from emoji unicode characters in Chrome 55?

Already on two different computers, I encountered the rendering of an additional black border for emoji unicode characters in Windows 10. On both computers, wine 10 (on one corp version, on the second - education), chrome - 55 stable version. It looks like this i.imgur.com/k9hFVTG.jpg (look at the first column).
