Strongly not recommended due to the way WP parses the CNC. An explanation from Woo themselves is here .
However, there is such a plugin , and it seems that it allows you to do this . Haven't tried or tested it personally.
Another option is to use WooCommerce "under the hood" - not to use their pages, but to use shortcodes to insert products into your custom post type.
