The problem is the following. Disable ads in skype. But there is still room for advertising. It's as annoying as the ads. Is there a way to hide this place? I don't understand Microsoft policy at all. They would make a paid version, or a subscription ... But this is not the case. So I hope there is a way to do it yourself.

Use the linux version, we don't have ads on skype.
