This inscription and captcha input appears when I try to go to some sites, including well-known ones. After entering the captcha, the site comes up normally. What can be wrong? How to remove? Chrome x64, windows 8

This is some kind of virus, judging by Google. https://www.google.com/search?q=Attention+required
Check hosts etc.
Or reinstall windows.
