How to remove ads in Chrome that AdBlock can't handle?

I mean AdBlock, and it removes most of the annoying and obscuring half a page of advertising, but some especially dirty blocks still break through. Take for example this sidebar:

Or just empty blocks all over the bottom of the browser

Is it being treated or what? Already zae .... start viewing the page by closing all the pop-up obscenity.

uMatrix,
blocks all left JS requests, as a bonus it blocks ads and does not eat as much memory as AdBLock

Adblock also allows you to create custom filters.
In addition, there are no perfect ad blockers, all have their drawbacks.

There are no such problems with AdGuard, you can manually add ip networks, domains to the black list. If the site displays ads through an internal php script and banners of a non-standard size, nothing will block it.
