How to remove a program from startup in cmd?

What is the command to remove the program from startup. In autoload writes such a path Microsoft\Windows\Server Manager?
Tried like this: REG REMOVE HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Server Manager - doesn't work.

And the path with spaces needs to be in quotes
