When trying to run class: error: could not find or load main class?

It compiles fine, as you can see from the picture. But it doesn't run with error : could not find or load main class. Here I am using an external library, and without the library, other programs run fine. How to solve the problem?

And the class "readDoc" is not contained in the package?
