How to remove a PC from a domain?

They brought a working laptop, initially it was in the domain, but it was not possible to log into the domain accounts, it knocked out an error.
I was able to log into the local account and tried to bring this laptop from the domain to the workgroup (requests the admin account), but gives the error "When excluding from the domain "...", the following error occurred: the group name was not found." I disconnected from the network, demolished dhcp, logged in under other accounts, it still does not work.

It's easier to spend half an hour drinking coffee and rearranging Windows clean. How to fix all these glitches. And to throw out hands a computer from AD.

I have never had such problems. Have you tried to output when the network is off? When asked for a domain administrator login-password, simply enter (I don’t remember exactly here, but I don’t remember any problems). As for the accounts in AD after the output - if you display WinXP and at that time it was on the domain network, then nothing will happen, the PC account will remain valid, and you can safely enter another computer under the same name (of course, either disable or rename the old one, after the output from the domain). If you output from win7 and higher with a connected domain network, the PC account will be blocked, and for subsequent input it must be unlocked manually before entering a new computer. Deleting the account - after that, you need to wait for some time for replication to take place across all DCs of the domain, otherwise you can have problems later.
And you can stupidly correct this data in the registry on the machine (PC name, domain membership), and that's it. It will even be faster.
