How to remove a language in Windows 10?
There are two English languages in the layout, one of which is not deleted. The standard tips don't work. The language bar displays: Russian, English (USA), English (Canada). Only Russian and English (United States) are displayed in the language options. Through regedit, Canadian English is also not displayed. PowerShell Canadian English is missing.

If the extra language is not displayed in the parameters, then add it, save (even reboot) and delete it.
When you reboot, two English are immediately available? Or just after a while? If so, then there is a possibility that Canadian is configured in some software and appears along with it, for example, in MS Office - it has its own settings and a list of languages.
