How to remove a domain name from the spam database?

We made a mailing list, targeted. Yandex showed that only 3% of recipients were marked as spam. Mail.ru automatically blocked 98.6% of emails as spam.
Corporate mail was also blocked. Letters to clients do not even go to the spam folder. Return mail arrives:

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain .....DOMEN.RU... by mxs.mail.ru. [94.100.180.150].

Through tests, we determined that when a domain name is used in a letter, it immediately goes to spam.

How can I remove a domain name from the spam filter now?
What can generally be done to solve the problem?

a universal solution (I don’t know if it will suit you) - stop sending out what they block for, wait a month, automatically fly out of spam filters, profit ....

To remove ip from spam. The best way (if you need to quickly solve the problem) is to write to the administration of the spam list. And you're done.
100% will have to write in English. This is a translator from Yandex and that's it.
It works for me like this. Already several times. Spammers were trying to reach me and now I had to remove myself from the spam lists!

All spam lists are clean. Checked dozens of such services. still empty.
www.mail-tester.com I
checked everything before sending. 10 out of 10. Everything is super.
IP is not in any spam list. It used to be, but I safely removed it from there.
The point is that all spam lists are clean, both by domain and by IP. All spam testers show that everything is fine with the letter. But as soon as you write the domain name in the text of the letter, the letter is immediately blocked.
The mailing list has been sparsed. I found information on "x-mras: spam", that this is the mail.ru system and that they have profiles of trap people scattered over the Internet. What if mail gets there, then it's 100% spam. You fall into several of these traps and the letter is sent for analysis and a signature is generated that bans the content. How can I remove my anti-spam signature (domain name or company name) from there?
