How to remove a domain from the spamhaus dbl database?

Without checking, I linked the domain to the VPS, the address of which was strongly lit up in the spam databases, and the hoster is also not in good standing in the spamhouse.
The VPS was quickly replaced, but the domain got into the dbl database, respectively, sending mail to gmail / etc. was covered. When trying to unblock a domain, spamhaus asks for an explanation in English, and after a few hours sends a typical reply that the domain will be unblocked after a while if there are no reasons for blocking.
A few days the domain is still in the database. Will it be unlocked? Or do you need to do something?

When contacting spamhaus, it is advised to add some more information: to explain why the mailing that ended up in spam left the blocked IP and what measures were taken to stop sending spam.
