How to remove a couple of links in the header and footer of Magento?

Colleagues who understand Magento, help, otherwise it looks like I'll go crazy soon. I had nothing to do with this cms, I'm trying to figure it out, but for the life of me I can not find the ends.
Site slantastoffe.de in the header link Brands. With dogs, I’ve been looking for where to cut it for half a day and I can’t find it.

Turn on tooltips help.sweettoothrewards.com/article/434-how-do-i-tu... and see which block and template is responsible for displaying these links. I recommend that in the Developer Client tab, above Debug, specify your IP so that hints are displayed only for you. If this link is not directly specified in the template, then the block takes it from the XML file (most likely it is) or from the database. Look at the code of the template, block and figure out where the block reads them from.
