How to remove 404 error?

Hello! There is a problem on the site: one of the pages periodically throws a 404 error, but the page is available from under the admin. After logging in as an administrator, the page becomes available to ordinary users for how long.
Actually the page itself on the test domain: test.sznao.ru/informatsiya/prozhitochnyy-minimum.php

Has anyone come across something like this? Bitrix support has been unable to properly deal with this for a month now.

I will assume that the page uses some kind of component that takes data from the info block for its output. And this infoblock has no access rights configured (there is no read permission for unauthorized people). If an admin visits the page, the data from the infoblock is selected, the component is rendered and gets into the cache. As soon as the cache lifetime ends, the component tries to start again, but the user is not authorized and the data cannot be obtained.
