How to remotely turn on a computer using a mobile phone?

I have such a problem: I periodically go on business trips, and sometimes it becomes necessary to go to my home computer. For some reason, keeping it on all the time is not an option . And somehow, after watching another film about terrorists, I thought, if it is possible to activate a bomb from a call to a mobile phone, why not do the same with a computer ?
Old cell phones are lying around. I bought a SIM card, connected it where necessary and voila - the computer turns on on a call, then we connect via TeamViewer and work. After all, all you need is to send current to the desired wiring (from the Power button).
But since I don’t do much “needlework” myself, I would like to hear the advice of experienced people seven times before taking up a soldering iron once.
Here, for example, are the very first questions that arise for me in connection with this problem:
1. Where do these cinematic terrorists take the signal from the mobile phone, from the speaker?
2. How to protect yourself from random calls and SMS spammers?
Well, any "thoughts aloud" on this matter are welcome.

Disassemble the old phone, put the wires from the speaker (which is ringing) on the motherboard to close the power contacts. Seems like it should work.
In the CMOS settings, most likely, you can turn off the stop of the iron by briefly pressing the button (although this will not save you from a 5 second press, but this is already a melody to select xD)

And the router already has a 3G-Modem in it, and wake up the computer from the router?

There are GSM sockets, you insert a SIM and control the power supply via SMS.
Here, for example

Remove the signal most likely from the vibration motor.

As thoughts aloud - it seems to me there are such options:
1. Use some solutions related to the alarm - such as the device received SMS with a certain content - it sent a signal to the relay that controls the computer's power button.
2. You can send a signal to this relay using a regular phone, putting a relay instead of a speaker.
3. Some kind of Arduino circuits with gsm and network (ethetnet) modules and wake up the computer over the network (Wake on lan).

1, 3. I would like it to be simpler, without alarm systems and arduino. And waking up over the network is also not an option (I have a 3G modem).
2. Well, I'll probably do something like this. Here I googled a similar scheme: How to start a car with one call to a mobile phone
PS link, for some reason, does not work. Maybe because of the Cyrillic domain?

How can I solve the call duration problem? Here, for example, the relay is connected to vibro. The motor "beeped" once, the relay worked - the computer started to boot. But the challenge continues. Vibro "beeped" a second time, the relay worked - the computer turned off.

There is a Wake-on-LAN technology that allows you to turn on a computer by sending a special packet to it.
The function for sending packets is a section in routers with alternative firmware (I have dd-wrt firmware). There are also some services (with a mask) that send WakeUp packets, although I'm not sure if they work.
Another way I used to turn on is by calling a landline phone using a modem.
Also look in the BIOS settings of your motherboard for other ways to turn it on, maybe inspiration will come to you. For example, use an opto-relay to close the contacts on the mouse from the vibration motor of a mobile phone.

In general, thanks to everyone who took part in the discussion. I was given enough options. I haven't quite decided which of these I'll use yet, but I'll mark the issue as resolved.

Somehow I made a device that allows you to start a computer via USB.
The microcontroller was engaged in filtering events, provided for a "white" list and SMS commands.
electro.mk.ua/mc/ustroystvo-dlya-vklyucheniya-pk-u... - such a thing turned out.
