How to remotely take readings from the Cascade 1 MT electric meter?

A new electric meter Cascade-1-MT-D5-A1-230-5-60A-S-OV3
was installed , but there is practically no information on remote reading and connection via any interface. There is a MeterTools program from the manufacturer. The description on the manufacturer's website says:

Communication channels, additional functions
Optical port, RS485 interface, radio interface (433 MHz or 2.4 GHz), GPRS module, load control, manual control.

Naturally, the meter is sealed, and apparently only the optoport or radio interface is available, if any. I also found an article ( https://geektimes.ru/post/257782/ ) about reading readings through the blinking of the LED on the counter, but I would like to use the interfaces provided by the manufacturer. Please tell me where to look and in the direction of what is better to move.

В сторону опто-порта. Поставить туда какой нить контроллер, написать программу. Для начала нужно получить у производителя протокол обмена по оптопорту.
