How to remotely run a windows application on a server?

Hello.
the essence of the question is this:
there is an exe program for windows. does the processing of graphic files (text recognition from a scan). It is based on the tesseract library. The program has a graphical interface for selecting folders with files and displaying various options.
10 GB of pictures processes 22 hours on i5 + 16ram + ssd.
there is an idea to upload it to a powerful rented Windows server in order to increase productivity.
can someone tell me which server to rent, or at least what it's called?
like VDI or not? And, most importantly, does it make sense?

Dedicate is a physical server. VPS - virtual.
Look at the rental on the hetzner website for example
