Good day! I have an ipad (8.1.2, no jailbreak), it is 1km away from me. I know my apple id username and password. Is there a way to add a link to the desktop? Thanks in advance for your reply!

No.
It's impossible to add a "link to the desktop" there. There are no such concepts in iOS.

You can add the link to your notes and then install it,
or the simplest thing is to send it to your mail.
