How to remote control PC via MAC?

Hello.
I work mostly on Mac Mini. Not a fan of Apple, but this box has a huge plus - it is silent.
Standing next to IBM OC. Noisy. Considered various options for reducing noise. Water cooling is out. Silent iron - disappears. At first I thought to use IP KVM, but then I found this video on youtube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=37D2bRsthfI. And there was an idea that was generally far from the original soaps. Is it possible to control a standard PC through a MAC like what happens in a video? That is, I run a Mac, I work. I need to use a PC - I run some program (a kind of "hardware" virtual machine that uses the hardware of another machine) and work in Windows on a PC (at least with 90% PC power, i.e. a small loss is not critical, but since the computer is gaming, I would like to use all its capabilities without restrictions; in the video, in general, the efficiency was brought up to 99 percent), which is located in the technical room. I can stretch any wires, in almost any quantity. But ideally, all information would be sent over a gigabit network (100 megabit, if the speed is enough) so that you can get by with a twisted pair cable. Because in the case of hardware KVM, it is necessary to use HDMI-, USB-cables, etc. Maybe the description turned out to be chaotic and there are inaccuracies. But in general, I think it's understandable. It is necessary to take the PC to the technical room so that it does not hurt your eyes at all, but control it through the Mac. Ideally, the inclusion would be remote through some WOL ...

It's easier to put that PC on the shelf, and rent a VPS and connect via RDP. Quite a convenient thing, I connect to Windows from Windows and sometimes I confuse where is which desktop. It is also possible from android and poppy (there are RDP clients).

You can use teamviewer , or simple analogs. Namely, the PC acts as a server, and the mac is a guest who has a key, and no one else. You just connect using the link and you have full access. Or you install windows remote on a poppy and you'll figure it out there))
