How to remember user data and send to a group?

Good evening! I use Python and pyTelegramBotAPI for my telegram bot. Is it possible and how to make the bot send a message, send_message(chat_id, 'Your name and surname') and remember what the user writes for each message of the bot and send it to the group itself. That is, registration of the application:
- Bot: Your name and surname
- Sergey Sergeevich
- Bot: Model of your car
- Lada
Remember the answers and send the application to the group. It would be cool if in the group for the bot's reply messages, the bot could again send_message to that user, "Application accepted". Preferably without a database, but purely so can he remember or not? And immediately send
