How to remember authorization in Google when sending a video to YouTube?

Using the script below, I send the video directly to YouTube, after an hour the authorization is reset and I have to go through it again.
I created the file the_key.txt, in which I save the authorization token and refresh_token in a line to update the authorization token.
Approximate file content

{"access_token":"XXXXXXXXX","token_type":"Bearer", "expires_in":3600, "refresh_token":"XXXXXXX", "created":000000}

As a result, after adding, $key = file_get_contents('the_key.txt');I get the error Failed to start the resumable upload (HTTP 403: global, Insufficient Permission).
Apparently authorization according to my data does not work, although the_key.txt file is successfully updated every hour.
Please help me find the error, most likely I am not trying to get the authorization data from the token file correctly.
Thank you!
Script code:

set_time_limit(0);
/**
 * upload videos with php on youtube
 * @author Deepak S.P at Codeniters.com
*/

$key = file_get_contents('the_key.txt');

require_once 'google-api/src/Google/autoload.php';
