How to reissue domain certificates in AD CS?

I tried to do the following:
On the domain controller, in the personal computer certificates, it was necessary to request certificates from the new CA "Domain Controller", "Mail Directory Replication", "Domain Controller Authentication".
I went into the snap, tried to add a certificate request, but there in the selection list is empty. I checked the box to display all certificates and there appeared all that are, but which are not applicable at the moment. I found there these three certificates that I have to request, but they have an error. see below.

I opened the certification console, went to the template and opened the template management. There I found the necessary three certificate templates, but it is not clear what to change there so that they begin to be displayed in the selection.
Tell me what needs to be corrected in the templates?

deploy a certification authority in the domain and the domain controller will update the certificates you specified.
