How to install fonts in windows 10?

A very strange situation. There is a font magistral and magistral bold.
In older versions of Windows (7, 2008), when installing them, we get 2 different fonts and we can use both.
On windows 10, server 2012 and newer, only one Magistral font is obtained and the second one is installed but does not appear in the list.
How do you install the font anyway?

Most likely, Windows metadata found that these are two styles (regular and bold) of the same font, and registered them as one, automatically switching when changing the style.
