How to reinstall Windows 7 via InsydelH20 rev. 5 if there are no required menu items?

Windows crashed on the laptop. When I try to download, it says that the executable file was not found. I go into the BIOS to reinstall Windows 7, but there is no "Secure Boot" menu item, which they constantly write about for reinstallation, and nothing else at all. I'm attaching all bios screenshots.
