How to remove popup window on Asus m11bb desktop??

How can I remove this popup? It pops up every time I turn on my computer. I looked everywhere but I didn’t find anywhere, how can I find it and turn it off so that it doesn’t pop up every time I turn on the computer.

Try to nail the launcher

Look in the processes for something with the word Dock.
Also look in the installed software for something with the word Dock.
Basically it's something like rocketdock.com , maybe their own similar software. In any case, its name speaks for itself (at least it should be).
And if you right-click on the dock, then something will happen? For example, "About"?
