In general, I started to learn how to make an android application in intellij idea using android sdk. I installed the SDK in the intellij idea itself when it was offered to me. Everything worked until the first compilation. As a result of the compilation, it wrote "Installed Build Tools revision 31.0.0 is corrupted. Remove and install again using the SDK Manager." As I understand it, it is necessary to reinstall the sdk, but I don’t know how to do this, and it’s somehow scary that after deletion, you will have to download not in the application, but from the site (which is more difficult for me).

Press shift twice - the global search window opens.
Enter "SDK".
