Player + Router + Game console = Android?

Hello!
There is one global Wishlist. One device on which you can watch a movie, listen to music, conveniently manage files, play games, distribute Internet to an apartment via Wi-Fi received via Ethernet. In theory, a media player on Android should be enough for this?
I'm confused by a few points:
1. Is Android capable of distributing the Internet in this way?
2. Will there be performance problems with the constant operation of such a device? That is, I distribute the Internet, download the torrent, while I want to play the same Dead Trigger or watch a 720p movie.
Well, actually, if purely technically such things are possible, then which device to choose? I'm looking at IconBIT Toucan Duo Plus (2 cores, good graphics, etherment), but I'm confused by raw firmware and fig tech. support. Perhaps something like ODROID-U2 can be used for this? But you need a USB hub for it, because a hard drive + joystick + keyboard + mouse.
Thanks in advance!

Distributing wifi android device will be very mediocre, it is better to buy a separate router - the antenna is normal there, and everything is ok with routing, and it will not crack under load. And let the Android device stream everything you need through the router.

If you want to distribute normally, then you can’t do without a NAS, take a look at the tests, for cheap NAS, you will understand (they usually slow down somehow).
There is an IconBIT player, the video itself plays the norms, but it is not capable of distributing. But here Synology DS212j does it all with a bang.

Sorry if it’s not quite on the topic, I have a similar question, now I don’t live at home for some time and I would like to organize a Wi-Fi network for a Win 7 laptop, Android tablet and Android miniPC, preferably based on a tablet, because. Only it has 3G. No special performance is required. Maybe there is software for android to organize a router? Thanks in advance.
