How to regulate apache modsecurity logging in rsyslog?

Tell me how can I make modsecurity send logs to syslog with certain parameters (facility and severity)?
Now I have modsecurity watering both local1 and local3 with different levels of importance. At the same time, the Apache config contains ErrorLog syslog: local3.
Here there is a need to at least drive the modsecurity into local3 and it is desirable to set the level of importance to a single modsecurity message for all messages
