How to register your second-level domain zone?

I want to raise my second-level domain zone for registration of third-level domains. I would like to try myself in the administration of a free-zone. Everything is clear, except for whois. For example, my domain is freezone.com. Raised whois-server. How do I redirect whois requests from the internet to my whois server for all *.freezone.com domains?

No way. There is no global database of whois servers for Level 3 zones, to my knowledge.
Here is a specific example:
www.nic.ru/whois/?query=http%3A%2F%2Fgov.spb.ru%2F
whois.net/whois/gov.spb.ru

I was not interested in how it is in other distributions, but Debian maintains its own version of the whois database of servers github.com/weppos/whois-debian/blob/master/src/tld_serv_list
Additional consideration: www.iana.org/domains/root/db
It seems to me that no one will write you down in these databases just like that. And it will be right.
