How to register .eu/.us domains as a non-EU and US resident?
Those domain name registrars that I looked at require documents of an EU or US citizen. What if it is not possible to provide such documents?

When registering a us domain, you can specify that the registrant is a commercial company outside the United States. If your registrar does not provide such an opportunity - find another (not Russian - these problems will be 100% guaranteed and many years of experience). In eu, too, there is (at least was) a workaround - it was possible to register a domain during a visit to the EU. In fact, it’s possible without it, but suddenly they will ask me later (they didn’t ask me, although now I don’t care - I already live here myself, and when I registered I didn’t live and didn’t intend to :).
