How to register a route for clients from the internal network to the external one on the WBR-6006 router?

There is a Linksys WRT54Gv8 / GSv7 router with an address and DHCP 10.10.17.1, another WBR-6006 router is connected to it and receives an address via DHCP 10.10.17.X, the internal network of this router is 192.168.1.x. How to register routes for communication of these networks?

Find out how they are connected to each other. Just cable or VPN? If just by cable, then why do you need NAT. Connect the cable not to the WAN port, but to the LAN. THAT is use WBR-6006 as a switch.
If you need NAT and routing, then: DESTINATION
- 10.10.17.0
SUBNET MASK - 255.255.255.0
GATEWAY - 10.10.17. X (IP WBR-6006)
